Mr. Govind Rammurthy
CEO and Managing Director
Mr. Govind Rammurthy graduated from VJTI Institute of Engineering with a degree in Computer Science. After graduation, he had a brief stint with TELCO (Now known as Tata Motors Limited), one of the fortune 100 companies in India, where he was involved with the core team in managing the complete networking project of Telco. Govind founded MicroWorld in 1993, and within a short span, he has transformed MicroWorld into a global company with a large partner network spread across the world. Today, Govind is one of the most well-known and respected figures in India's Information Technology sector.
Ms. Shweta Thakare
Vice President - Global Sales & Marketing
Ms. Shweta Thakare is an Electronics Engineer with MBA in International Business. She has earned her experience of over two decades in the Information Technology sector with a specialization in the cybersecurity domain. Her forte being the implementation and development of sales & marketing strategies, she has been credited for successfully expanding business in Europe, APAC, and SAARC regions. Currently, as the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, she is using her astute business acumen towards strengthening the brand presence and developing business expansion strategies in the global cybersecurity arena.
Mr. Lakshminarayan
Vice President – Finance
Mr. Lakshminarayan with his extensive exposure to both Indian and International finances manages the financial and administrative operation of MicroWorld. He has garnered experience of more than 30 years while working for companies like Mather Platt, Corn Products, Marico Industries and Exide Batteries. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Mrs. Rohini Sonawane
Chief Operations Officer
Mrs. Rohini Sonawane has been part of MicroWorld Operations since 2002. As COO, she is responsible for the Strategic Alliances and critical decisions that will support global operations and maximize profits. She holds a bachelor’s Degree in Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
