After graduation, he had a brief stint with TELCO, one of the fortune 100 companies in India, where he was involved with the core team in managing the complete networking project of Telco. Govind founded MicroWorld in 1993, and within a short span, he has transformed MicroWorld into a global company with a large partner network spread across the world. Today, Govind is one of the most well-known and respected figures in India's Information Technology sector.

Vice President - Finance
Mr. Lakshminarayan with his extensive exposure to both Indian and International finances manages the financial and administrative operation of MicroWorld. In his 29 years of industry experience, he has worked for many companies like Mather Platt, Corn Products, Marico Industries and Exide Batteries. He holds a degree in Chartered Accountant.
Mr. Sunil Kripalani
Senior Vice President - Global Sales & Marketing
Mr. Sunil Kripalani has over 25 years of experience in Marketing & Sales with leading companies like Elecon Engg, Methodex Systems and Mafatlal Industries. He has completed his graduate degree in Business Administration and holds a MBA degree in Marketing Management. He looks after Global Sales and Marketing at MicroWorld.
Mrs. Rohini Sonawane
Chief Operations Officer
Mrs. Rohini Sonawane with her rich experience of 15 years in various industries has been part of MicroWorld operations since 2004. She holds a Master Degree in Business Administration in e-Commerce. As COO, she is responsible for strategic alliances and operations of MicroWorld.

Mr. Nazir Kazi with over 18 years of experience brings to MicroWorld a vast knowledge of the IT distribution channel across many countries. He holds an engineering degree. He is responsible for the expansion of MicroWorld across the Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Anil Gupta, with his vast experience of 26 years is associated with MicroWorld since its earlier days of inception. He brings with him more than 15 years sales experience in IT channels and corporate across India. His association with MicroWorld has helped in expanding the market in India.
Ms. Shweta Thakare
AVP - Europe, APAC & SAARC
Mrs. Shweta Thakare has a rich experience of 16 years in the IT Industry with specialization in Security Products. She is part of the MicroWorld Group from past 13 years and is mainly responsible for expanding business in Europe, APAC and SAARC countries (excluding India) by developing plans and implementing Sales Strategies. She is an Electronics Engineer with specialization in Computers from GNIIT, Mumbai.
